By using Care Home Floor To Roof' website, booking services, or entering into a project agreement, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
All estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from those assessed during consultation. Any changes to project scope require a written change order signed by both parties before work proceeds.
The 5-year workmanship warranty covers defects in installation labor only. Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment are passed through to the homeowner. The warranty is void if modifications are made by unauthorized parties or if maintenance instructions are not followed.
Projects may be cancelled within 3 business days of contract signing for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations after that time may forfeit the deposit to cover scheduling and material costs already incurred.
Care Home Floor To Roof's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total contract value for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of use, diminished property value, or business interruption.
Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall proceed to binding arbitration under AAA Construction Industry Rules in Portland, Oregon. Both parties waive the right to jury trial for covered disputes.
